Pros: 
1. Welcoming Culture: After spending 8 years at Henkel, leaving in 2024, and returning in mid-2025, I truly appreciate how the company values long-term relationships. Coming back felt like coming home. 
2. Career Growth: Henkel offers strong development opportunities. My return was supported by clear onboarding and trust in my experience.
3. Global Exposure & Innovation: Working with international teams and being part of a company that prioritizes sustainability and innovation makes the work meaningful.
4. Supportive Leadership: Managers are approachable and open to feedback, which creates a positive environment.

Cons: 
1. Work-Life Balance: While flexibility exists, I often found myself continuing to work during leave, which made it hard to fully disconnect.
2. High Expectations: At times, workload and deadlines can be intense, requiring strong time management.

Advice to Management
Don‘t stop the cultural development and foster change mindset further

Pros: 
Ever since joining Henkel 3 years ago, I have felt supported by an organization that actually cares about their employees. They have an employee mentality, ensuring our wellbeing (mentally, physically and financially) are taken care of. I would highly recommend working here.

Cons: 
Being a global company with a German Global HQ, sometimes decisions can be slow at higher levels. I have seen this at all (four) major organizations I have worked for and is an industry hurdle, not specially a Henkel specific problem.

Advice to Management
Keep it up.

Pros
I’ve worked at Henkel for five years, beginning with a three-year apprenticeship where I gained a first-class BA degree in Digital Marketing. From the very start, I was supported in developing my skills, building confidence, and shaping a strong foundation as a digital marketing professional. Henkel truly fosters growth and rewards talent, I was given opportunities to progress, take on new responsibilities, and was promoted over the years. The culture is collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking, and there is a genuine investment in people as much as in the business. For anyone looking to develop both personally and professionally in a supportive, global environment, Henkel is an excellent place to build a long-term career.

Cons 
Fast paced, busy workload. Lots of processes so can slow down tasks.
